TurboImageHost.com (TIH) has proven so reliable as an outside image host provider (IHP) that it's annoying when it DOESN'T work, as today as I type these lines.
It is also sobering to remember that other I.H.Ps went out and STAYED out.
Such was frustratingly common a decade ago, which is why my early and even mid posting history here saw me using KMC's own IHP. No matter how inferior to websites that specialize in that, KMC was reliable. People could ALWAYS come and visit and expect to view what I posted and actually view what I posted.
Then I started my most infamous thread and suddenly KMC's images now required registration to view, cutting me off from the bulk of my audience.
TIH's current hiccup brings unwelcome memories.
Hopefully they'll remain memories. Today (I'm assuming TurboImageHost WILL return, and in short order, as it has before at least twice now, and thus that the following will be viewable as was the case for another image uploaded via TIH http://www.killermovies.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=609392&pagenumber=23#post16632235
during a temporary "down" period) I'll just try to record what happened, and what I got,
and perhaps even try to upload more in good faith for the day TIH makes its THIRD return ...

... which I see is now in actual doubt this time, as, unlike previous times, TIH is NOT able to let me upload visuals at all.
