Apparently the grand dad convinced himself that his 4 autistic grand children were better off dead than growing up. Apparently he was convinced they would never fit into society.
Yeah a gun was used but I'm also guessing once the grandfather made that fatal decision, he could've easily used any other means to kill his family & then himself.

Awesome, I hope this logic is used about any gun killings here now, we usually do not have more than 4 victims at once. And those folk could have easily been killed via other means then.

What is your point though, that vans can be very dangerous? Cos that's already known. It's why vans require a licensed driver and drivers need to renew their license, vans require insurance to be on the road, they often require scheduled inspections to make sure they meet regulations. If you sell a van or buy a van, it must be registered and it sometimes needs to pass a basic safely check. There's probably more regulations I'm forgetting.
