Anyone could create slug molds and brass jacket molds. If you have the propellant, the molds, and the brass and lead, you have bullets. Just figuring out mass production logistics from there.

true enough, thing is most of us have had a revenge fantasy at some point, the problem with guns is it become easy if someone is a little unbalanced to follow through.

yup, I have a shot gun in the UK, I would clearly give it up. It's hard to get here we have a fair few checks. I nearly didn't get it because I have a 30 year old spent conviction for abh. It comes up with the enhanced DBS check.
