Superman simply wasn't use his full super speed most of the time.He's clearly way faster then WW and co when he went full speed against Flash. When it comes to speed, both he and Flash are at an entirely different level and the rest look like statues.

And he wasn't using Superspeed because he didn't need to. He physically overpowered every one of them.
Maybe, maybe not. But Superman was definitely using Superspeed against Steppenwolf.
