1987-88 Superman vs 90's mortal god Herc

Herc in the days when he was half power, vs a Superman who struggled against the Fearsome Five, and who struggled to even handle an airplane (And got worn down doing so.)

Who wins?

I'd still go Supes.
Faster, flight, ranged attack.
