Thor beats the shit out of her. Diana isn't anywhere near as strong as Thor. Did you see her laughable fight in her film against the weak and skill less General.

And he was knocking out Amazon arrow fire easily, which due to their strength fires way faster than normal. As seen with them firing a flaming arrow that covered miles in seconds.
Thor has nothing to do with Wonder Woman and does not get access to any power scaling from her. Obviously.
He also looked like a statue next to quicksilver, who didn't have any impressive speed feats.

This guy definitely had super speed as did the WW 1 Germans. Hell, this laughable drug using villain doesn't even possess exceptional skill. He is definitely fast enough to hit WW despite being slower and possessing no skill.
Just because you're faster that doesn't mean you won't be tagged by someone with superhuman reflexes which we routinely see in these films. The whole speed blitz isn't even supported by the films in question.
