How good of a combatant is Ludo Kressh?

Who is the best duelist Ludo can scratch 6/10 against? Who falls to Ludo 10/10?

Imo he is just below Qui-Gon Jinn or Ki-Adi Mundi, but he beats Anoon Bondara, Adi Gallia or Tholme.

Among NJO guys he should be above Ben Skywalker, Vestara Khai, Cilghal. Around Kam Solusar and Kenth Hamner's paygrade. Jaden Korr should beat him narrowly.

He can stomp Aayla Secura, K'Kruhk, Valin Horn and the likes, but is in turn stomped by Fisto, Maul, or Grievous.

Jinn is pretty close to Fisto tbh.
