Kingpins entire suit is resistant to knives. DD found that out the hard way. Kingpin beats the holy hell out of him in both scenarios. Billy could go for the neck and face I guess, but getting close enough to be precise with Kingpin may be a pretty bad idea. He'd be pummeled into oblivion

Billy can potentially win if he has a knife, but I have a really tough time seeing him putting Kingpin down in pure H2H, considering the kind of hits Fisk has soaked up before without going down. Hell, when Fisk fought Punisher in prison, multiple hard, double-handed blows from Frank seemed to do little more than energise him.
