Who wins?

If WW fights naked she wins. If she brings weapons and armor into the mix Magneto kills her. Then again she might be able to blitz him, but Magneto is usually fast enough to block bullets so at 100 ft might still be able to stop Diana.

WW wears metal bracelets and a metal tiara as standard, even ignoring the sword and shield. Magneto could literally just use those to ragdoll her around or fling her a away.

Because there seems to be this notion going around that Magneto can only move small objects quickly, which is not exactly true. Even old-ass Magneto could do this:
