Blow him apart. Cy can tank his blasts with a shield long enough to get a shot off inside his face.

It is Destroyer's only opening not to mention the head of anything is typically considered a vulnerable area.

A few blasts to it's body probably wont have much effect. The only place to go after that is it's open face.
