Unless it is a ranged weapon he is pretty much toast. Or unless you take away the bow of Legolas. Otherwise he'll just shoot Riddick in the head with an arrow whilst doing a back flip or something.

He'd probably just do a flip and win in melee combat too come to think of it. He becomes even more ridiculous in the Hobbit films.
