Having just read beatboks' last post, which was PMd to Phildo, I have some thoughts.
1. I can see him wanting to leave with a bang.
2. A lot of those scans and arguments in his final post, I am going to be generous about, and give him the benefit of the doubt. The whole point of the PM was so we didn't introduce new arguments and such - as it is, I've been denied the chance to reply.
But all in all, I accept his concession, and will assume he would have put all this effort in his other write-ups, had he the time.
And I would have destroyed them at the time.
I WILL, however, say this about the last paragraph. As it directly calls me out as a liar.
DS would have us believe that Sue's shields protect her from Jean's TP because of an out of context scan showing Sue not TP sensed by a version of Jean that unknown to her didn't possess TP at the time. Does anyone really buy that?? If Sue can block TP why can I find this scan in a google search
The panel IMMEDIATELY preceding your 'Eureka' moment? Sue has NO shields. Which enabled Psi-Lord to read her thoughts, and realise she had none.
Moreover - NEVER said that Jean's TP was blocked.
Then there is the fact that DS would have us believe that Sue was mind controlled in the scan where a version fo Sue genetically altered to be he Son's hound was mind controlled. Was there any evidence of mind control?? Judges I ask if DS truly believes that Sue's force fields can defend her from TP than he can't possibly have us also believe that she can be mind controlled. The fact is he knows that to be a lie and still presents it in all it's dishonesty.
I said she was mind-controlled - because I didn't think that 616 Sue would be a Hound of Ahab. I didn't know she WASN'T Sue. The fact that YOU presented her as 616 Sue, when she has in fact been genetically altered is....yeah.

A few things to keep in mind:
1). Judges, please disregard darksaint's last post in this thread.
2). The point of PMing the last post was to not have others respond to the closing thoughts. At the same time, the purpose of it was not to have 90% of your arguments hidden from the opposition, so for future reference, try to leave out 'new arguments' outside of it. It's more of a summary, instead of 'crux' post. Most of the people here have been through similar stuff in tourneys, and we all know that's not pleasant.
3). Since there's multiple unfortunate circumstances here, for the semi-finals, I will allow posters to choose to use either the character they're representing in this round or the one they've faced.
