Lets say very early in Dragon Ball, Red/Black manage to beat Goku, and make a competent wish (Not the joke wish Red wanted, to grow some hair), asking for ultimate knowledge. A guide book instantly appears with everything the Eternal Dragon is aware of, from Freeza to the threat of Buu, to the existence of a God of Destruction.

Given what Dr. Gero proved he could accomplish with incomplete data, what kind of androids/monstrocities could he invent with an accurate picture of the obstacles in their path?

What happens?

Hm, actually kind of an interesting concept. Who knows though, Gero created Cell. Assuming he could find a way to control him, it's possible that he could have had Cell train to the point where he'd be > Beerus.

Even without training though, SPC could have easily killed Majin Buu with Kaioken X10.

Would he have the same kind of motivation to create a creature like cell? Cell and the androids were created for purpose of killing Goku.

All the events that lead to the creation of Cell would not have happened either.

No big changes... Just have Cell enter the RoSaT for a day/year after absorbing the Androids.

If Freeza was able to attain God-level power with 4 months of training, just imagine what Cell could do.
