{Spoilers} Snoke feat

Early in TLJ, Snoke uses a combination of Force lightning and Force push? Did he electrify the floor or something? I couldn't tell.

Yeah, he bounced the lightning off the floor. It looked really dumb.

Is there a link to a watchable cam? I've seen it but want to watch over some scenes again.
