It doesn't matter, he'll use the killing curse no matter what. He also has some wandless magic available to him, he could potentially snatch the wand back if it got taken.

Though if telekinesis could disarm him you'd think somebody would have done it.

Kylo's quick enough to freeze a blaster bolt mid-flight. He freezes Voldy before he can finish a spell and then slices his head off.

Voldemort also has tk. Common ability for wizards in Hp. Can he force freeze Rey once she realized her powers since she has the same tk ability.

If he can freeze a blaster bolt, he can possibly freeze a spell as well. Since they are also projected energy. Or he could just pin Voldemort's arms to his sides and pull him into a tree really hard.

If it's just a question of who gets the first blow (neck-snap via TK vs. killing curse) then Kylo has the clear advantage here: precognition, Force-enhanced reflexes, a more instantaneous attack requiring fewer or no gesturing.
