Vegeta Power: who would survive

Out of the people below, who would either tank or survive this attack? Everyone is in the hyperbolic time chamber.

Contestants (all current characters except the Vegeta in that pic)

Base Goku
Krillin
Gohan
Piccolo
Tien
Yamcha
First form Frieza
Android 17 and 18

They would all survive without the slightest scratch.

Yeah.

👆

Vegeta's blast may have destroyed a planet in that filler scene, but his canon PL was still only 18,000 back then. Tbh, I don't think that blast could even force a blink out of the lowliest character here... /shrug

Planet + its moon 😛

Not that it matters; they all no-sell it.

Are they allowed to deflect it, or do they have to leave themselves open to get hit by it directly?

No one survives. No one uses planet buster attacks in normal combat because they're so slow, and no one can tank them. This is proven by Vegeta's final flash/Goku's warp Kamehameha on Perfect Cell, and Piccolo's masankoppo on Frost/uber Nameks.

Power level only increases ki capacity/efficiancy, it doesn't make someone invulnerable.

As long as they aren't caught off-guard, it wouldn't matter if the blast hits them or not. Everyone here no-sells it.

etc. etc.

All standard attacks. Planet busters are a rare breed, and rarely used. Freeza's the only one who really tanked one, but past the SSJ level, no one's really tanked the most powerful attacks, regardless of power gaps.

Piccolo proves this conclusively, considering the ridiculous power difference between him and the U-11 Nameks, and the fact he was still able to kill them.

Standard attacks, lol? Almost all of those instances involve the 'blasters' using some of their most powerful/intense energy attacks, and the 'blastees' no-selling them... Because they're flat-out more powerful... Because that's how it works in DB.

As any fan of the series knows, collateral damage is completely irrelevant. By that line of 'logic', Roshi's moon-buster...which was only backed by his PL of 180...could kill most of the characters in the franchise(cuz evidently big booms are the only way to measure power.) Sorry, but it doesn't work that way- never has.

Trolling notwithstanding, everyone here no-sells filler Vegeta's energy blast(so long as they aren't caught off-guard.) Much like Roshi's moon-buster, it *looked* visually impressive and caused a good deal of collateral damage, but at the end of the day it was still only backed by a PL of 18,000.

Let's to what Stilt poster. Galactus exerting himself doesn't even destroy a percentage of the room him and Thanos was in. It only melts the floor underneath them...

Using CDTM unbalanced logic, Roshi>>>>>>>>>Galactus.

When did Piccolo mill U11 Namekians?

Cell "tanked" everything Goku threw at him. Yet he could not tank a full powered Kamehameha.

So why didn't Goku just use all fp Kamehameha's?

That's the difference.

Same deal with Vegeta having absolutely no effect on Cell, until he resorted to Final Flash. That was the only attack Cell could not block. Vegeta did not throw Final Flash's throughout the fight.

It stands to reason, this is simply how they fight. Even all the way back to Roshi and Goku, Roshi threw everything he had at Goku without much effect, yet was certain he could kill the much amped Oozaru Goku (Instead he opted for destroying the moon, but the implication was there.)

This is simple. Which one is more powerful, a full powered final Flash or Roshi moon busting attack?

WAIT!

Maybe Piccolo's demon wave (pre King Kai) was stronger than his Masenko used on SPC in filler?! 😱

!!!!

Maybe Saiyan Saga Vegeta's Galick Gun was stronger than Pure Buu's kamehameha!!!!

I see it another way.

Dragon Ball has "unblockables". Krillin's destructo disk is one example, and the reason he never used it is because it's so damned slow.

No reason why the DD should be unique. Final Flash and FP Kamehameha are similiar "unblockable" techs.

Trolldtm is avoiding the questions. Which one is more powerful, Super Saiyan Blue Goku Kameha that he used to kill Frieza or Roshi moon busting attack?

Lol... yep. I think you're on to something.
