Which, interestingly enough, is similar to Snoke's black ring on his finger, but that may be coincidental.

It's a working title, not what the movie is actually going to be called. For example, the Merchant mentioned "Blue Harvest" which was the working title of RotJ. It's simply what they call the film during development prior to giving it a title.
