Good to see you're acknowledging Kylo's power. 🙂

That said, 8 at absolute best. He could beat 7 if we take the Skywalker potential + lifetime of training and practice to the nth degree, but that's up to the eye of the beholder. Reason I don't think he gets past 8 no matter what is because I think there could be parity between (peak) Kenobi and Vader.
