It is really, really strange to me that Kale has recently been touted as the 'Legendary Saiyan' in the manga... Even though this movie has been in the works a LOT longer. You'd think that Toriyama would want to save all possible Saiyan hype for Broly.
...I guess on the off chance that Broly hasn't been scientifically enhanced, he could still be U7's 'Legendary Saiyan', but that seems laughably redundant. /shrug
I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s legit. We see Base Broly fight head on with SSJB Goku, so I’m assuming after going SSJ Broly might be able to handle Blue Goku and Vegeta.
My prediction is that peak/mastered LSSJ Broly > MUI > LSSJ Broly at first >>>> KKx20/SSBE Vegeta > SSJ Broly > Blue Goku and Vegeta >> Base Broly > SSJG Goku/Vegeta
The poster was drawn by Toyotaro and included in the recent issue of V-Jump... So it's definitely legit in that regard.
As for Broly's power: if indeed he is more powerful than a God of Destruction/Beerus, and if indeed Beerus is > MUI Goku as the solicits imply, then yeah, that puts "full-power" Broly beyond MUI Goku as a corollary... Stupid as that is.
I mean, the implication from Toppo and Whis is that Jiren(presumably at full power) > Belmond, and MUI Goku was honestly a good deal more powerful than FP Jiren(after he got pissed, he legit dropped Jiren with 1 punch + 1 blast.)
So if Beerus is truly more powerful than MUI Goku, it means he is massively beyond the likes of Belmond... Which does align with the manga, wherein Beerus was capable of soloing ALL of the other Hakaishin simultaneously.

The key issue is that Beerus wasn’t specified, merely that Goku was pretty close to being “a God,” which would presumably include all of the Hakaishin, even those MUI Goku is demonstrably far stronger than. Hence why I think it has more to do with him being able to access MUI at will than how powerful he is in the state of MUI.
That should be the ending plot to the movie.
