If GT happens after Super, that means GT Goku should win by scaling.

That would be interesting if by the end of Super, Goku loses god mode , and then it leads into 'GT'

EoGT Goku is featless, but we can safely assume he grew in power, having absorbed the Dragon Balls and having all that time for training.

It probably is, yes. We don't know for sure, though - Tori doesn't care one bit (and doesn't remember his own stuff), so nobody dictates what is canon and what is not.

I rememmver the interview but idr if it was tori or toei tho I do remember tori speaking not so positively about gt since super started

GT was all Toei... Toriyama pitched in with some character designs here and there, but wasn't involved in the storyboard for the arcs or anything.

And since we'll never really know the extent of EoGT Goku's power, he's not really eligible for versus threads, tbh. Nothing to really debate when there's not enough to know about him, and is featless as pointed out.

Well timewise, logically, yes it does. But I get what you're saying.

Movies seem to be canon to GT, for example. So yeah, separate continuity.
