Umm...yerssot. You can't change IP's just like that.

IP's are allocated by a registrar and cannot just be "taken". That particular IP is registered to a company in Germany.

a friend of mine has a program where you switch servers who give you IP's or something like that, he told me a year ago so the details are fussy
