I agree, though, that Juggernaut cannot be affected by alcohol or most poisons. Most likely he drinks beer simply because he likes beer.

the argument if he was effected or not in that specific scene is irrelevant, because he was interrupted and couldnt finish his drinking properly. however, if he kept drinking to his liking, we dont know what would have happened.
as for how much you can get for the comics, i personally dont know but my advice is dont rush to sell the comics. sometimes the bucks are not worth losing nostalgia and memories. i lost many comics and i am sorry for that. that was my childhood that went there
