The Last Jedi is going to shit all over Rogue One's box office, son. Vader didn't look like a lion up against Luke. He was on his backside and dominated. Sidious was replacing Vader in his presence and he almost went with it. Kylo woke up from a nap to defeat Luke. That's what a lion does. Vader is more popular which matters to you. I don't care about who is an icon. Superman is an icon I favor Hulk, Thor, Dr. Strange, etc. from the MCU. Your own argument exposes you as a popularity whore. Who cares who is an icon besides you ?

Sidious was killed by Vader with one arm and no saber. Vader was destroyed by Luke who Ben dominated. Don't you dare wake him from a nap. Sidious was defeated by a weaker force user and begged for his miserable life. Snoke would destroy Windu or Sidious. Far too powerful. Vader didn't even best Kenobi in ANH when he was fighting back. He definitely proved that. His power was by far and away superior to Ren and Rey's who are virtual equals.
