Apparently Ali Apsa vs Zero Hour Parallax

The "old man" or "mad guardian" was basically the prototype to Hal draining the CPB.

Hal is in his depowered form, post Zero Hour.

Who wins?

That's supposed to be Appa Ali Apsa.

Autocorrect strikes again.
