Surely, even H1 wouldn't try and argue that chopping a bullet so that it split down the center (and visibly only starting the motion after we have seen the gun fire and the bullet already travel some distance) is worse than just catching one. Moving his arm in a loop and then bringing it down in a strike = more complicated than moving an arm out to the side and, C hitting something with enough precision to actually split it down the center is more difficult than just catching it.
