Both have a FURNACE HEART, so it's harder to guage. Unfortunately, RotS Anakin is only fighting for Obi-Wan, where as Knightfall Vader is fighting for Padme. Knightfall stomps.

It entirely depends on their respective states of mind, lol. As of RotS, Jedi Anakin is pretty mentally conflicted most of the time so he probably loses.
