Officer Slavin of the Galactic Empire - An overall failure in general lacking the intelligence and patience to be a military officer. Repeated failure attacks on the Rebels combined with his poor personality traits.

Canon: Admiral Ozzel and Hux come to mind, I haven't really gotten into it so maybe there's more, but these are the two I know. Grevious too I guess.
