DareDevil is my favorite character in comics, bar none. He is a perfectly innovative character, and kudos to his creators (Spider-Man is another innovative creation, but he’s never really been written to his potential).
Anyway ...I love Matt, but I wonder how he could defeat a Batman who is arguably as good as the original (at least good enough that he could even sneak into the Bat Cave as a child, and - again as a child - had been trained by the best in the LoA) ...and now, as an adult, he has made a deal with the devil to prevent any physical harm from affecting him.
I would say Damien ...but I am open to hearing - hah, hearing - how Mr Murdock can prevail against a character that is close to him in agility, may be better than him in fighting, will definitely use the environment against him (basic knowledge), and importantly made a deal with the devil to give him invulnerability of sorts.
