Captain America is well above Nightwing actually. Batman took punches from Wonder Woman, while Captain America stood after taking a punch from IG Thanos, which was capable of shattering the shield. Captain America was taking it to King Thor, beat the Hulk into a KO, and broke even with Spider Man. I'd be impressed if Batman beat Superman, but he has never beaten Superman.
Captain America is superior, he can fight at full strength well after Batman's body has surrendered to fatigue poisons.

Well in all actuality, if Captain America was weak, that would make Batman weaker. There's a reason for this. The super soldier serum. Even without it, he'd be able to compete with Batman. With it, he can fight at max strength well after Batman is exhauted, and ready to call it quits.
Nightwing is below Gambit level.

While its true that Batman does things other humans cant, lets be clear and make no doubt about it that he is not on Captain Americas level physically. Caps feats of jumping out of airplanes without a chute, running at 60mph, and healing from a gunshot to the head among others, are well documented. I just didnt want us to lose focus here. Gadgets are the only way for Batman to win.
