Yes, a ToP UI Vegetto could probably be capable to solo all others in this thread, but not Whis.
Whis himself, according to what we know, should be a master of UI and, besides this, he would probably still be more powerful than even UI Vegetto as far as raw power goes, other than having hax abilities such as space and time manipulation.

Excluding Whis, team 1 wins.

Whiss alone solo's team one though, lol. Angels are in a class of their own, even at this point.
