Even if this is post-upgrade Simon, Tien is still much more versatile and has the vast speed advantage...
Speed equalized, he would still have the range advantage... I could see Kikoho spam forcing Simon to bfr himself via teleportation, living to lose another day. That is assuming he could even take Kikoho without dissipating completely.
