off the top of my head i'd say herc, supes, classic cap marvel, ww, dd, bizarro, nefaria, hyperion, adam, maybe galdiator, classic he-man....probably missed some. basically anyone in thor's strength class or above should be able to replicate that feat against that hulk.
I'd say Captain Marvel would be the 100% candidate, with a line thrown in about the 'staming of Atlas'.
