Jiren wins. Toppo can't win against Jiren. Yes, maybe Toppo has shown greater power than Jiren thus far, but who cares, Jiren destroys him.

Toppo is currently in the same tier as Belmond. Jiren is beyond that.

Full Power Jiren is clearly >> Toppo. Surpressed Jiren vs Toppo is probably debatable, though I would wait for the next episode to compare their performances against Vegeta.
