Kefla shits on SSJB.
She tanked SSJB KK in regular Super Saiyan and kicked him into his base form. It was then stated that Kefla’s power rivaled the spirit bomb, and literally triggered Goku to awaken Ultra Instinct (no way in hell does a mere SSJB-tier fighter trigger Ultra Instinct). Oh yeah, and then Kefla goes LSSJ2, and continues to power up as the fight progresses.

Far as raw power goes, she was surpassing him, not to mention to give Kefla another 10 minutes, she is getting UI herself.
Definitively saying that LSSJ Kefla > SSB Goku based on their fight is... Dubious at best, imo. It was reiterated multiple times during the fight that Goku's power/stamina was almost entirely depleted. Had Goku not been so weakened, things might have gone an entirely different way. /shrug
