The only question is the time restriction ...especially if the Aliens are scattered all over the ESB and Logan has to hunt and find them before 5 minutes are up.
What is not a question is whether Logan would win ...5 aliens would be very easily prey for him. He has the perfect tooling to do the job (indestructible claws to cut through their exoskeleton to their wet squish insides, and a healing factor to tackle the pesky acid blood and occasional bite or tail slash). Additionally, 5 Aliens are not enough to overwhelm him in a massed saturation attack.
Logan wins, and wins easily.
The only caveat is that 5 minutes, especially if the Aliens run off to different parts of the building.
If they are all together in one room, Logan kills them in a minute.

If, however, Logan's HF is functioning at its peak capacity then every tail slash from the Aliens will pierce through his heart or eye socket (into the brain), and their acid will melt Logan to poo, only to have him pop up at full health mere seconds later.
