Can someone please give me the name of this movie

Beach scene where a group of girls walk up and are trying to meet some guys. One of the girls yells out to a group of guys. "Hey Todd" and one of the guys responses. The other girls ask her how she knew his name was Todd and she responses any time there is a group of cute boys one of them is Always named Todd. Been trying to find this movie for years....please help
