Vision wins. Can stay out of reach with flight, blast Step from afar, then turn intangible when necessary.

Vision,, he might very well stomp

Steppenwolf can leap

Good battle but Vision going intangible is a big problem for SW unless his ax can end the fight quickly.

And Vision will only need to fly a few feet to the side to evade the leap, or go intangible. Pure bruisers like Steppenwolf and Hulk won't really do well against Vision.
