This guy could read moves via TP, and was a master martial artist. He owned Black Canary and Huntress. He was said to be on Shiva' s equal or better. The problem is that he has like five appearances from 20 plus years ago. Who knows what his level would be like nowadays, and how he would stack up to characters like Black Canary, who is much better now than decades ago.
