He might be, yes. But it's hard to say; he barely has any strength feats.

I was always felt Sinister was around 15-20 ton range

It's difficult to imagine any upgrade save perhaps vibranium or laser claws that would have spared Sabretooth the following treatment:

Healing factors don't protect against choke outs or drownings.
And Creed's strength was such that he could resist bondage by Polaris-controlled iron bands, knockout Rogue in seconds and crush metal dumbells like putty.
Exactly what are you saying Creed now possesses that would have saved him?
If it's not the adamantium re-work, I'd genuinely like to know.

It's not hard to imagine at all, considering he's become much stronger -- and faster -- over the years.

Modern Sinister sicced his "supermen" mutates on Creed and that still didn't get the job done.

Daken and Wolverine are mostly in the "Enhanced human" category which is above "Peak human".

In short, they can do casually what Peak humans do with effort.

It's hard to pin down the strength level for classic Sinister, b/c he used TK a lot instead of just pure strength.

Some things he has done includes:

He is incredibly versatile and continues to surprise readers with his abilities.
