Perhaps Bane could nudge the beast moon close enough so that he could travel to the nearby planet that filled the sky. In bloodshed and chaos, Darth Bane would go to Onderon... and there he would find his apprentice.

If Failkorion supporters accept the in-universe opinions of historians saying in The Old Republic Encyclopedia the Shit Emperor is the most powerful dark side user up to his time, then they must also accept the in-universe of opinions of Bane saying he can manipulate lunar masses and play with the orbits and gravity of planets and moons like a child may play with colored balls.

Why didn't you mention that this is Bane when he just has two Orbalisks on his body, not the hundreds he would have later on?

So, at that point in time, he could literally play with hundreds of planets like they were toys of children. This is letting aside the fact that DoE Bane can, obviously one-shot ROT Bane. So now we have something like this:

Prime Bane>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Bane who can ragdoll hundreds of planets like they were colored balls played by children.
