Who would win?

Plagueis has the augmentative advantage here; I think Obi-Wan will be able to hold out for a minute or so before tiring. Plagueis's saber form doesn't appear to be the best technique-wise, but Kenobi will be too involved dealing with his strength to focus on exploiting technical flaws. There's always the chance that Obi could pull a "give himself up to the force" card, so I'll give Plagueis the win 9/10 instead of an all out stomp 🙂 .
