Thor will always become King Thor, and it's his destiny to get killed by Thanos.
Superman's future is open ended, some will win, some will lose. Thor will always die by Thanos though.

Are you referring to the recent DIONE stuff?
I feel they could always move past that. Doesn't seem set in stone that DIONE is always going to kill him.

Thanos is Thor's endgame. Eventually the Purple Boogeyman will come for him always and without fail.

As far as I’m aware, Superman sometime in the future will embark on universal level mission and leave earth. Eventually, he will rest in the Sun until eventually he is called back. By then, he will have created generations of “Supermen”. We are told that he will be considered as the biggest and most important hero
That is of course according to JL one million. I dont know if it is even cannon.
Besides that, Superman’s future is not told. DC has this idea about timelines where they don’t really change things. They just have fractured times lines like N52. Eventually they are retconned by someone undoing X.
Thor, he becomes king Thor and Thor centrally does to a Thanos. That may change within the next few issues of thanos tho. Marvel is worse with timelines that DC. They change it around more often from what I’ve notived
