Can anybody explain to me what is the difference b/w Inhumans and Mutants?

Earth born "Mutants" are the result of Celestial genetic manipulation and the "Inhumans" are the result of Kree genetic manipulation on humans after the fact.

I wouldn't call Celestials a type of aliens, they are quite literal cosmic gods.
