What level is he at now?

Has to be low herald.

Slade has fought high heralds. Plus, Michael lane.

Which ones? Does he have his full gear ?

No Ikon suit. Nth metal armor. He took some serious beating from lobo and legacy.

Giving Slade Nth metal makes it interesting. Cap's team has all the big names and probably more skill. I'd favor Cap's team because of Panther's Vibranium. Both Azrael's are tough but I think Cap and BP together would find a way. The only person I see being a non factor would probably be David Cain.

I hate having to choose between Slade and BP. 😠

I'd say Michael Lane's Suit of Sorrows is MORE impressive than Slade's Nth Metal. Not only does it increase the wearer's strength and speed 10 fold, it also gives the wearer the skills of the past users, which including Bruce Wayne. It also protects the wearer from harm.

Some durability feats:

Vs Fireball's attacks: Nearly as hot as the sun.

Vs Dick Grayson, Batman

Jean Paul Valley's suit is highly impressive, too. Azrael casually destroys a training program to stump even Batman.

This suit interfaces with my nervous system. It tells me where to strike the perfect blow.

It took Cassandra Cain and Batwoman to take him down, with some other help.

You're really into Azrael. I have alot of interest in swordsmen too.

more like low skyfather at the least and legit abstract at the most.

I'd take Azrael over Slade. He might not have the amount of feats Slade has, but he has weapons that would one-shot him.

Which one though? The one I'm familiar with pretty much fought Slade to a draw. I'd still back Slade.

Michael Lane. The one with the suit of sorrows. Nothing Slade can do to him. His suit protects him from harm.
