Depends how much of Kylo's hype you buy.

Feats wise they're pretty even.

Holistically, Rey should destroy.

Feats aren't everything. Especially not when comparing featless characters.

Depends who's writing.

Realistically Ahsoka even with morals on.

Who knows, Rey could summon a Force storm out of nowhere lol
