Also read The League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen Volume 2 Issue 5. It makes some really interesting callbacks to that issue that would fly over your head otherwise. Once you see them, it'll be real "OHHH!" moments

Not due to seeing Mjolnir since he doesn’t know Surfer has it at that time. As Insane Titan says, it is funny how you imply that this is regular Surfer when it’s clearly stated that this is a Surfer on another level that requires extra prep to face. We see no evidence of fear equating to “shitting your pants” on the part of Old Thanos.

Dione didn't kill Hulk, he was spotted in the basement earlier in that series.
