Due to not having as many judges as hoped, and the fact that we already have a 2 out of 3 majority winner, I'm going to wrap up the tournament now.

Congratulations to everyone that participated, not one of you had a poor performance and we got to see some unique strategies employed! Thank you to the judges, everyone who took the time to dish out a verdict or two, Beatboks, Zop Zop, Bran, Philo, Rage, Digi, and anyone I might have missed.

The author of the sig reward will be the very talented Estacado so be sure to give him a thank you as well !

You all share a special bond with Mjolnir now

And congratulations to the winner of the tournament, Leonidas the Worthy!

Apologies that mine was the one that wasn't submitted. I meant to this weekend, then life happened. I haven't read the judges' reasoning, though I saw Leo is the winner. So I guess congrats, and I'll probably still render my judgement early this week (maybe Tuesday) just so everyone sees a third perspective.

Seems Leo got by in some judges eye by Surfer's prior histori. Supermutant, that guy, I bet he let out a heavy sigh. He should not have tried, he thought he was so sly, and now he wants to cry.

...but ultimately the tears flow from leo's eye, as the beauty of bran's words cause a warm, heart-felt sigh... 😍

But seriously, that's gotta be the biggest error in KMC history. He's going to regret that forever.

Lol. But we all have big tourney regrets. I've let a couple go in the finals as well. With limited exceptions, we all end up with enough perspective to realize it's just good fun. And if you remain obsessed with being the best at least once, winning any tourney is usually enough to blunt the pain of any other near misses. SM has one to his name, so I'm sure he'll be fine.

so when's the next event and who's hosting...? 😄 someone come up with something interesting. digi, you had some cool tourney ideas. why not host one??
