Seems like a really big loophole in regards inspections.

Gonna have to agree with the other dudes. The youtube dude is just a bit of an SJW moron. But he's probably making the video to 1. Create controversy and get views. 2. Appeal to quite a bit of SJW types or SJW sympathetics. And he's actually there to make money.
