Hal beats either Surfer or Quasar. Kyle beats Quasar and draws even with Surfer.

Rest of the Lanterns defeat Annihilators.

Read a comic book with either Surfer and Quasar.. Quasar is above a Green Lantern (maybe not Alan, but debatable and that is only because of Starheart). But he would take any other Green Lantern. Surfer would be too much for a lantern to handle. He can counter every and all abilities of a green lantern ring. Quasar can too.

Rest would be helping taking down a Green Lantern.

Quasar can beat Hal and Kyle with minimal effort (ok would be a good fight, but Quasar is more powerful). Surfer isn't bothered by a ring at all.

After what Zod did to Hal team stomps.

And Green Lanterns can counter any ability Quasar or Surfer can throw.

Surfer or Quasar can't do that.
