What does the Dark Multiverse have to fight the Galactus Engine?

Isn't the whole shtick of the Cancerverse basically that death does not exist for it? As in nothing of that universe can die unless Death herself chooses to extend her influence over it?

So I guess through attrition, whatever is in the Cancerverse would simply outlast their opponents.
